How do I make a booking?

Browse establishments on the map or list view, select an establishment, choose your dates and number of guests, and proceed to payment. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is processed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking through the "My Bookings" section in the app. Refund policies vary by establishment and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to the establishment's cancellation policy.

How do I write a review?

After completing a stay or visit, you can write a review by going to "My Bookings", selecting your completed booking, and clicking "Write a Review". Reviews are moderated before being published.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your profile section in the app, tap "Edit Profile", make your changes, and save. You can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture.

What should I do if I have a problem with a booking?

Contact the establishment directly first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team through the app's support feature or the contact methods listed below.

How do I change my password?
